What you will do
In this role, you get to develop what matters most – our people and organizations. As an integral part of the Enterprise Learning Team in Corporate HR, this position will have responsibility for creating learning solutions and programs for a variety of Johnson Controls leadership and talent initiatives, with a focus on driving a High Performance Culture, including Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Change. In this role you will partner with Senior HR Business Partners and Senior Business Leaders to accelerate stronger business performance by providing learning solutions that are aligned to the business strategy.
How you will do it

Identify training needs through comprehensive analysis and propose actionable learning solutions.

Collaborate with global HR teams to design scalable and implementable solutions.

Develop and deliver engaging training programs using adult learning principles across various formats.

Create instructional materials for blended learning experiences, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Manage training logistics and facilitate sessions to maximize learning impact.

Plan and oversee training projects, coordinating resources and tracking progress effectively.

Align talent initiatives with enterprise priorities to create cohesive learning experiences.

Lead learning community practices and manage external consultants for project-specific needs.
What we look for
Required

Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Extensive experience in learning/talent roles; experience in large organizations

Experience managing large projects and diverse project portfolios.

Strong leadership and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluency in English language
Preferred

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Instructional Design/Organizational Development/Human Resources

Proficiency in any EMEA language (such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
