Position Purpose: This role will support in shaping and developing communications plans to drive engagement, awareness for the organization's IVR initiatives. Oversee activities and workflow for change management intake requests related to IVR and/or CRM system enhancements.

*This is a fully remote role with occasional travel (a few times a year).

  • Develop comprehensive project, communication, and change management plans. Ensure effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.

  • Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities, and ensure organizational prioritization and resource alignment.

  • Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle process including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, facilitating project execution, deployment and closure.

  • Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans.

  • Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.

  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

  • Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives.

  • Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding overall program requirements and operations.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience. Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred. Experience in technology communications, content development highly preferred.

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
