About this Opportunity:
As the Program Manager, Elite Advisor Network, you will lead the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the newly developed Elite Advisor Network loyalty program. This program allows Orion to provide valuable benefits and learning opportunities to our most valued advisors. You will become an expert in the program tiers and benefits and provide strategic guidance and operational support that ultimately increases the commercial performance of the loyalty program. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Drive commercial performance for our newly created Elite Advisor Network loyalty program

  • Manage the end-to-end execution and adoption of the program

  • Ensure that advisors are placed in the correct program tier and receive the appropriate benefits

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and troubleshoot issues

  • Partner closely with marketing to develop content and campaigns that promote and educate advisors on the program benefits

  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline the program's usability, while also working with the sales and service teams to enhance understanding and engagement with the program

  • Recommend and facilitate changes to program benefits, aiding in ongoing performance reviews, and conducting competitive research to ensure Orion continues to deliver a competitive loyalty program to advisors

  • Manage vendor and procurement relationships to support the program's success

  • Coordinate with events, service and technology consulting teams (training team) to ensure seamless implementation and fulfillment of program benefits

  • Work closely with compliance to ensure program adheres to regulatory requirements

  • Work with internal reporting stakeholders to provide program status reports

  • Work with finance stakeholders to understand and manage the program budget and ROI

  • Provide quarterly program review updates to key leaders that outline program adoption, KPIs, advisor feedback, and the ongoing roadmap for enhancements

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Has 5 or more years of experience in either product or program management or development

  • Has familiarity with loyalty programs

  • Has strong business acumen

  • Has an agile mindset and is comfortable with de novo projects

  • Has familiarity with wealth management, wealth technology, or financial services, fintech

  • Ideally has their PMP

  • Has a minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent

  • Obtains Orion Industry Certification

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$76,695.00 - $115,804.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, Orion offers a competitive benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, and disability coverage on day one, 401(k) plan with employer match, paid parental leave, pet benefits including pawternity leave and pet insurance, student loan repayment and more.
