Responsibilities:

Since this role will largely support workstreams related to paid media campaigns, knowledge of the ad tech landscape and experience executing paid digital media campaigns (social, search, programmatic, digital direct, etc.) is preferred. 

Privacy & Brand Safety Initiatives: 

  • Conduct research on emerging privacy regulations and brand safety threats. 
  • Manage vendor privacy outreach, along with organization and dissemination of applicable information for internal teams. 
  • Assist with data analysis from privacy and brand safety tools. 
  • Develop and document workflows for privacy and brand safety processes.  
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest ways to streamline operations. 
  • Monitor industry publications, competitor strategies, and relevant news. 
  • Generate reports identifying trends and potential risks. 
  • Work with senior team members to draft communications to internal teams. 

Client Management & Support: 

  • Assist with client onboarding and training of internal teams on privacy and brand safety protocols. 
  • Assist senior team members with managing privacy and brand safety projects for clients. 
  • Help prepare client reports on privacy readiness and brand safety performance of media partners. 
  • Create project timelines, track budgets, and manage client communication. 
  • Draft communication materials for clients on developments and potential issues. 
  • Develop basic brand safety training materials and conduct client training sessions when necessary. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Research and Analysis: Strong research skills to stay informed about emerging threats, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data from brand safety and privacy tools to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects, developing timelines, tracking budgets, and communicating with clients.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Experience in developing and delivering training materials, particularly in the areas of brand safety and privacy.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to streamline operations.
