Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic college intern to support our Program Management team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating and executing program-related activities, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking. This internship is an excellent opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, develop practical skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in program management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist program managers in planning, coordinating, and executing program activities
- Support project scheduling, tracking, and status reporting
- Help maintain program documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials
- Assist in data analysis and reporting, including creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Support the development of program-related materials, such as project plans, status reports, and briefings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance
- Perform other duties as assigned by program managers

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $44002 - $59452
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
