Program Financial Analyst

What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Direct report to Strategic Project Manager and part of the Transformation Management Office, which is handling Adevinta's core transformation efforts. This role is part of an international team spread across Europe that works in a high-paced environment and delivers value for the organisation. Hybrid role.

What you'll do:

• Run monthly financial reviews with each function/project/market to review: a) actuals vs budget and b) updated forecast and risks and opportunities. Review trackers and educate teams to fill up correctly with all necessary info.

• Consolidate in 1 master tracker all trackers every month and feed summary view to update multiple stakeholders (Transformation Management Office, Transformation Committee, Group Finance, as well as external stakeholders like shareholders, auditors etc.) on the latest forecast of total envelope and actual performance.

• Share guidance, collect input, challenge input in reviews and update transformation one off costs envelope for main forecast and budget cycles. Create presentation decks as needed to inform stakeholders.

• Be the owner of Cost Centers in SAP for non-PnT transformation one off costs and handle approvals in the system. Share appropriate cost centers with project teams and ask the creation new Cost Centers when needed.

• Collaborate with the financial controlling team, who handle the accruals and system actuals reporting

• Work with teams on finalising governance (e.g. stage gating) and participate where necessary

• Resolve problems when issues arise (e.g. in actual reporting) and be the main contact for Aurelia one-off transformation costs below EBITDA

Who you are:

• 2-3 years of financial planning and analysis experience, and 2-3 years of project management / operational experience

• Feel comfortable challenging financials and driving peers

• Have worked in complex cross-functional environment in the past

• Have experience in creating presentations for management team (C-level)

• Be familiar with SAP and have used it in the past
