Job Description
Aalis Management Consulting seeks a Mid-Level Program Analyst to support the DoD programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in program analysis, budget execution, and program management, with a strong business and financial management background.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct program analysis to evaluate performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and budget execution reports.
  • Formulate guidelines and recommendations for program objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Support program management by tracking milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare briefings, white papers, and decision documents for government leadership.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align program plans with DoD policies and DAWIA standards.
  • Assist in budget formulation, execution, and audit readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in:
    • Program analysis, planning, and scheduling.
    • Developing program guidelines and recommendations for government decision-making.
    • DoD program management and budget execution experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and DoD reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DAWIA Certification (Business & Financial Management Level I/II) or CDFM.
  • Private-sector equivalent certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA).
  • Experience with PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution) processes.
  • Familiarity with GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System) or similar DoD financial systems.
