The Digital Modernization sector has an immediate opening for a Program Financial Manager, to support the AFNCR IT Services program within the Air Force and Defense Agencies Division at Joint Base Andrews, MD.
In this high profile role you will be leading a team of Program Financial Analysts (PFAs) and working directly with the Program Manager with frequent interactions with the Government client. Responsibilities include financial forecasting - including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis, internal and external reporting, and cash forecasting and management.
As the leader and face of the finance team you’ll be looked to for leadership and responsibility for the program’s financial goals. While there’s a solid foundation and team in place already, there will always be opportunities for process improvements and problem solving.
Additional Responsibilities:

Develop and drive financial forecasts, EACs, and analyzing the programs revenue and costs.

Manage subcontractors funding and costs.

Month-end closings and variance/trend analyses.

Cash management to include forecasts, timely submittal of invoices, collections and unbilled reduction.

Deliverables: Estimate at Completion (EACs), Quarterly Financial Status Reviews (QFSR), monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR), AOP and Quarterly Forecast.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience related to Program Finance.

Familiar with multiple contract types, such as CPAF, FFP, and T&M.

Detail oriented, independent worker, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Microsoft Excel skills.

The ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.

US citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with Leidos financial systems and processes: Costpoint, Fusion, Deltek, Power BI.

Excel expertise and proficient with PowerPoint presentations.

Government contracting industry experience.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
