Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. BAE Systems is seeking an experienced and energetic Program Engineering Manager (PEM) to contribute to our expanding engineering leadership team in the TacAir Product Line within the ECS Business Area. Our employees work on the world's most advanced electronics. You'll be among the brightest minds, working on the aerospace and defense industry's most difficult problems. We are looking for a PEM who can effectively plan and manage the engineering activities across multiple related efforts and is interested in leadership role in a growing Product Line.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, and at least ten years of experience in development, production, and / or sustainment programs.
  • Engineering management experience and skills in estimation, planning, and execution
  • Able to develop and implement plans from program requirements and recommended strategies
  • Able to effectively work across disciplines/functions
  • Able to work within a higher-level team as a contributing Team member
  • Active SECRET clearance
  • Ability to obtain Special Access Clearance


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Prior program engineering management experience in the defense industry.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
