REPORTS TO: Deputy Program Manager
SUPERVISES: None
AUTHORITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes cost, schedule and technical performance trends for programs and compiles requested reports
- Tracks open action item status, seeks answers from affected departments, and documents resolutions.
- Obtains necessary documentation and makes requests as needed to IT and Facilities Security departments to order personal known identifiers (PKIs) and perform background checks. Monitors accounts until established
- Provides cost and schedule performance information to Program/Project Managers
- Responsible for coordinating all contract data requirements list (CDRL) deliverable activities for the Program Office
- Maintains status reports/metrics for the programs
- Attends meetings as required. When attending, always be on time, prepared and interactive
- Assists in the preparation of presentations for required internal and external briefings
- May be required to capture meeting minutes and/or action items at meetings
QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in a Business related field 4 years related experience accepted in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1+ years of related experience in manufacturing or similar industry required
- Related experience is defined as having experience with earned value management system (EVMS) and/or performance metrics, tracking performance metrics for projects using Excel, data analysis, project scheduling, government contracts, project estimating
- Ability to do research utilizing a variety of resources
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and work well in team environment and communicate effectively with employees at every level in the company

- All departments as required including, but not limited to, Legal/Contracts, Production, Production Control, Purchasing, Programs, Projects, Engineering, Warranty, Business Development, and Service
- Government personnel

- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance may be required if deemed necessary in the scope of your position responsibilities
