Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Production Manager, Finished Goods, you work with a team of highly qualified sourcing, quality, production and raw materials professionals in the Arc’teryx Hong Kong Supply Chain team. You will partner with Arcteryx Head Office teams and vendor partners to strive for fulfilment of our business objectives. You will be working with a well-developed base of highly professional long term vendor partners, always looking for creative solutions and processes to improve speed, optimize cost, and best utilize supply chain capabilities and efficiencies.
This role is based out of the Amer Sports Hong Kong Sourcing office and is expected to be performed on-location.

We are a small but highly versatile team of problem solvers and process makers, driving collaborative partnership between Arc’teryx Headquarters, our vendors, and the Hong Kong Supply Chain team. We support the building and execution of a sustainable global sourcing strategy that enables us to deliver exceptional product at the right place, with the right quality and cost, and on-time. You will partner with cross functional teams internally as well as externally with our vendor partners to identify and fulfill the sourcing needs of the company and deliver all product developed, commercialized, and manufactured by our vendors.
If you were the Production Manager, Finished Goods, for Arcteryx Hong Kong Supply Chain team now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Supporting the Supply Chain Management to drive partnership with our vendor partners to deliver a world class supply chain performance to support our business growth.
- Supporting the HQ Supply Planning management with sales and operations (S&OP) evolution, supply review and change management initiatives
- Supporting the HQ Supply Planning management with system integration and tool development
- Optimizing supply planning, production functions and processes to ensure alignment with the Strategic Business Plans (SBP) and multi-channel performance
- Managing and continuously improving the finished goods key performance indicators to measure supply planning accuracy, trends and to perform analysis as required
- Managing finished goods production and supplier reporting needs - collaborating with all partners to refine data for analytics performance
- Leading and providing coaching to the production team members, building the core competencies and capabilities in the team to deliver on speed to market needs.
- Set a clear vision, align your team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives
- Upholding Fair Labour Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principal of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the Arcteryx Supply Chain

- Strong leadership, interpersonal and facilitation skills, along with previous people leadership and mentoring experience
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically, ability exert tactful influence within the organization
- Excellent communication skills, ability to relate to all levels of stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and have demonstrated experience with presenting to senior leadership
- Advanced skills in MS Office, and knowledge of ERP & PLM systems is an advantage (e.g., SAP, Centric etc.)
- Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- Remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
