Job Responsibilities:
What you can expect

• Review and identify warranty trends and spikes across customers and products
• Establish correlations between warranty claims and warranty returns
• Report product warranty top issues and support manufacturing locations to improve warranty performance
• Support in NTF reductions activities using structured problem solving
• Support in Warranty Level 2 investigations with analysis engineers
• Follow up on Warranty Level 3 investigations with engineering.
• Support Manufacturing locations with targets to investigate needs based on trends

What you'll bring

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in electronics automotive systems in customer facing roles like quality
• At least 5 years experience with North American, European or Asian OEM warranty processes and warranty tools
• Proficiency in data and statistical analysis and warranty reporting
• Proven experience in Structured problem solving
• 2 years experience with weibull analysis or other risk estimation statistical analysis
• Very good understanding of ADAS components and systems
• Cross functional experience in manufacturing
• Red X Problem Solving certification
