How will you make a difference
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring cross-team communication and alignment.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (121s) with each Product Owner to discuss progress, challenges, and career development.
- Facilitate career planning and growth opportunities for individual team members.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the Product Owner team, including resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of product management best practices and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Act as a liaison between the Product Owner team and higher-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

- Extensive experience in product management with a specialization in mobile apps, indicating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the mobile space.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, showcasing leadership skills that contribute to effective collaboration and synergy among team members.

- Conduct regular assessments of the Product Owner team's performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
