We are looking for an outstanding Product Support Analyst to join our new Product Support team.

The Product Support team is responsible for addressing our direct customers’ and internal stakeholders’ requests as well as providing valuable feedback to our Product & Tech teams.

As a Product Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a variety of teams (Revenue Operations, Sales, Growth, Tech, and more) to understand their challenges. As part of this role, your responsibilities will involve identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Your findings and learnings will have a significant impact on stakeholders, helping define project outlines and contributing to the backlog of our dynamic Product & Tech team.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial mindset: an active listener with a proactive attitude who’s eager to identify and solve recurring roadblocks, always ready to take ownership and help find the best possible solution.   

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Address product-related inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and solve any challenges stemming from such product requests, at both technical and non-technical levels.
  • Translate relevant requirements and emerging trends into the product backlog, identifying the right Product & Tech squad to address them.
  • Proactively identify the issues that are having a negative impact on Jampp’s business or product, escalating them accordingly.
  • Explain complex features and processes in simple terms to non-technical receptors.
  • Contribute to our documentation and knowledge base, processes, and team efficiency.
  • Most of all: learn and become an expert in Jampp’s product.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (being an advanced student isn’t a blocker).
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with Google Sheets.
  • Experience in SQL.
  • APIs and Python knowledge are a great plus! 😉
  • Analytical background and strong attention to detail.
  • Ownership attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Independent, autonomous, and proactive fast learner.
  • Curious and enthusiastic problem solver.
  • Thorough communication skills. Comfortable conducting daily professional communications in English (written and verbal).
