To support the administrative duties within the Product Support team in Heerlen, we are looking for someone to fill the role of Admin support full-time for 7 months with possibility to extend and expand scope of support.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Handle holiday loaner pump requests by phone and e-mail and ensure on or above-target compliance with set quality standards on contact handling procedures and customer experience
  • Register order requests in the CRM/SAP systems
  • Make pick-up appointments with customers for pumps that need to be returned and follow up on all open pump returns
  • Completion and accuracy rate on administration
  • Handle any supply-related requests
  • Understand workflows, country related procedures and policies, and maintain close contact with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the implementation of new or improved processes and conformance to prioritised admin workflow.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Skilled SAP user; MS Office proficiency
  • Proven skills in time and task management, and self-organisation
  • Ability to record and present information clearly and in concise, grammatically correct language, both verbally and written in Dutch, English, and preferably French
  • Flexible attitude, comfortable switching between admin tasks and handling calls.

Experience in a comparable back-office, administrative role is considered an advantage for this role.
