We work with biofuel plants around the globe to continuously raise the bar on renewable fuel production. We are an innovative and customer-focused team that loves bringing new technology to market and all the product and portfolio strategy that comes along with it. In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Owning the product portfolio strategy for assigned segments, including product range, pricing, and future innovation

Managing new product launches and leading cross-functional teams to execute on product marketing and launch activities

Leading pricing efforts for assigned segments, including setting prices, managing exceptions, and driving pricing strategy

Working with regional marketing and sales teams to drive prioritized growth programs and portfolio positioning globally

Understanding global market needs and ensuring that our solutions meet those needs in an efficient and profitable manner

Driving global biofuels market understanding and communicating internally and externally on market intelligence

Being a collaborative and enthusiastic team player
To succeed you must hold:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business/Marketing or alternatively a technical degree with an MBA)
-
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in marketing, business development, product management or technical sales. Expertise in pricing and product management strongly preferred
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Experience in driving projects and cross functional teams, and ability to set clear priorities and create business cases for new concepts
-
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
-
Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts; knowledge of ethanol production and ethanol enzyme and yeast applications is a plus
-
Experience with B2B contract negotiations preferred

Ability to travel 20-30% as needed, including international travel
Location: Franklinton, NC or Lyngby, DK (hybrid)

Expected salary range: $135,000 - $155,000
