Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Specialist to become an expert on our Iris product line. In this role, you will be the go-to person for creating compelling content, providing top-tier customer support, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, update, and manage knowledge base materials, including user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and other educational content.

  • Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support, guiding users and partners through solutions with empathy and clarity.

  • Community Engagement: Lead webinars, Q&A sessions, and represent Iris at conferences and other community events.

  • Customer Feedback: Actively engage with users to gather feedback, identify pain points, and ensure our products exceed quality expectations.

  • Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay user insights and provide actionable recommendations for product improvements.

  • Feature Testing: Test new features and updates rigorously to ensure they align with user needs and function as intended.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in AV systems integration, specifically in Video Production

  2. 3+ years in consumer and/or broadcast live streaming

  3. Strong communication and writing skills, with a talent for creating clear, engaging content.

  4. Strong knowledge of video protocols such as NDI, SRT, and WebRTC.

  5. Experience in networking and software is a plus!

  6. Experience with remote or cloud production
