The role of the Product Specialist will be to support the Product Manager on the day-to-day blocking and tackling. He/She will provide overall support to ensure the success of Digital Banking, Deposit and Payment products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide level 2 product support
- Monitor and assist in new feature implementations, testing of product changes, coordination and reporting of product metrics
- Ensure product adheres to the strategic product plan defined by the Product/Product-line manager
- Responds to inquiries and requests from internal business partners and external vendors in case management tickets
- Research and resolve issues related to the Bank’s products and services
- Performs account maintenance related functions as may be required
- Other duties as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical mindset: Numbers make sense to you and your communication skills allow you to articulate the data and results to the product managers.
- Strong organizational skills: You must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet task and project deadlines.
- Attention to detail: You must be detail and results orientated with the ability to support multiple projects/products at any given time.
- Time management: You know how to manage your time without someone looking over your shoulder and are comfortable asking for help when you need it.
- Strong Interpersonal and listening skills: You must be able to work with all personalities and levels to understand and translate needs into requirements
- Basic knowledge of the Bank’s electronic services, including but not limited to, consumer and business electronic banking, mobile banking, bill-pay, external transfers, debit cards, and wire transfers
