Position Based In Jeddah

  • Objectives of the function

    Within the framework of the strategy and policy defined by the Group and Operations (country) as well as in compliance with procedures, disseminates quality information on the drug and promotes it to the main centers in the region.

    Its action is part of the company's objectives, both economic and to improve patient care.

    Main responsibilities and tasks

    • Information, promotion and advice to professionals from:
    • Ensure the dissemination of medical information to health professionals to promote our products and their proper use in accordance with ethics
    • Maintain a quality relationship with the health professional
    • Identify and respond to the healthcare professional's concerns appropriately
    • Collect, analyze and transmit objections and questions collected to the departments concerned (medico-marketing)
    • Business Management and Planning:
    • Ensure accurate and regular reporting of your daily activity
    • Use the CRM tool in activity tracking
    • Manage material resources (ADV, delivery documents, TAP)
    • plan visits (Tire Planning) and make appointments.
    • Management and development of the product on the sector:
    • Propose and develop sectoral action plans based on national and regional objectives
    •  Track center orders
    • Organize UPRs, round tables... etc.
    •  Analyze and identify the various obstacles to product growth and propose corrective action plans
    •  Monitor stocks and consumption rate of the product of its centers
    •  Evaluate the potential of each center and identify new centers in collaboration with its manager
    •  Work closely with MA to ensure good product availability.

    Experience / Qualifications

    Studies / Certifications / Experience:

    • Higher scientific training (doctor, pharmacist, veterinarian, etc...)
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical sector as medical sales representative
    • Experience in oncology would be a plus
    •  Available and mobile

    Languages:

    • Advanced English language level.
