Job Scope:

You will be responsible for developing inventory strategies, creating a demand forecast for the region, and ensuring that inventories are appropriately aligned to serve customers in the right locations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product specialists in other regions to support tool development and assist with marketing strategies.

  • Address any customer concerns or product quality issues as they arise.

  • Ensure that inventory is consistently updated.

  • Analyze cost margins.

  • Gather support requests from account managers and sales teams, assisting with customer meetings.

  • Oversee order intake related to margin, revenue, inventory, and profit and loss on a global scale.

  • Engage directly with customers, leveraging experience to identify and address potential issues.

  • Develop inventory strategies and create demand forecasts for the region, ensuring that inventory levels are aligned to serve customers effectively in the right locations.

What you bring:

  • Knowledge and experience with screen, sizer, and centrifuge spares.

  • Strong product knowledge, including hands-on experience and troubleshooting skills.

  • Background in mining and mining services is preferred.

  • Sales experience is preferred, with a focus on sales and business development rather than execution.

  • Proficient in forecasting, proposals, and budgeting.
    Hybrid position in Brisbane: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

  • Willingness to travel 10% for domestic and international APAC engagements.
