We seek a Product Specialist for the Neuro Rare department
Responsible for the commercial aspects of products of rare diseases, which are the company's focus. Working in the field with physicians, KOLs, nurses, and other stakeholders who are related to the business. The core aspect is project initiatives and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Territory management (working with HCPs, KOLs, and customers in the field).
- Learn product aspects – scientific, marketing, and work in alignment with the company's strategy and work plan
- Mapping and identifying opportunities in the field
- Proactively Initiate and manage projects in the fields involving different stakeholders- A core aspect of this position
- Periodically report and update, "raise flags," and share constant insights from the field
- Cross-functional collaboration within the company
- Use digital tools as part of the work plan to implement the marketing strategy.
- Work according to planned objectives, quality, and quantity
- Arrange creative activities within budget specifications
- Present the company's products in front of HCPs
- Participate in unit's internal meetings, exposed to strategy and the wider picture.
- Analyze and follow up on sales reports.
- Work in collaboration with cross functional positions in Medison such as Medical Manager, Team Manager and with external service providers for the administrative handling of product needs.
- Active participation in team meetings, business meetings with overseas partners, training sessions, conferences, etc.
- Participation in conferences in Israel and abroad.
- Work is done according to the company code of ethics and guidelines laid down by the regulatory department.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a medical representative/product specialist.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or Para-Medicine – minimum.
- High level of English.
- Experience in communication and working with HCPs.
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
- Self-responsibility, motivation, and high teamwork skills.
- Proactivity and can-do approach.
- Ambitious and able to recruit different stakeholders for a mission.
- Ability to identify opportunities and to build projects from scratch.
- Share- able to identify important field insights and share them internally.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks and projects.
- Creativity, personal expression ability, and high interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility for the needs of the product, the team, and the company's high work ethic.
- Ability to present professional and marketing content in front of an audience (in English and Hebrew).
