Product Specialist (Due Diligence Operations), Product & Investment Solutions, Wealth Management
Key Area of Responsibilities

Work closely with product specialists to support product on boarding. Perform product due diligence tasks on a diverse range of investment products, including bonds, funds and structured products.

Conduct product review tasks based on regulatory framework to ensure the product complies with all relevant regulatory requirement and meeting market standards.

Assign product risk rating on trade basis to facilitate transaction needs; and maintain the database in a structured approach.

Provide support to sales team in coordinating transaction request to ensure integrity of sales process and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Participate in various project in relating to product development and provide input to project team to make sure the outcome complies with internal policies and regulatory needs.

Assist new launch of service and/or market to facilitate business development in other Asia Pacific location.

Keep abreast of the regulatory changes, market trend and product development to maintain competitiveness of product platform.
Requirements

Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines, professional qualification of CFA/FRM/CPA/Lawyer is preferred but not essential

at least 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in private banking/private wealth management with good market sense and understanding of investment product and product operations.

Hand-on experience in product due diligence and product management, dealing or operation experience will be an advantage.

A team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure.

Attention to detail and well organized, ability to analyze risk and regulatory issues to products.

Excellent command of written English & Chinese and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.

Experienced candidate may consider to offer in Manager level position.
