  • Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries effectively
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and capabilities
  • Highlight the value proposition of our products to potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support product-related sales efforts
  • Provide product expertise during sales presentations and meetings
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams, including sales representatives, to enhance product knowledge
  • Facilitate workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of our products
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences
  • Provide insights and feedback to contribute to product development and improvement
  • Assist in the creation of product documentation, brochures, and marketing collateral
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in product-related materials
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback on products.
  • Communicate customer insights to the product development team for continuous improvement
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a dealership or in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to communicate technical details in a clear and understandable manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present information in an engaging and compelling manner
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing product offerings and market dynamics
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
