Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, assists in designing, developing, testing, debugging and implementing operating systems components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems. Assists in modifying existing software to fit specialized needs and configurations, and maintains program libraries and technical documentation.
This role is a key contributor to the Firm Intelligence initiative, specifically as an independent contributor for the Schedule Optimizer module. Incumbent will play a crucial role in conducting initial analyses and documenting multiple data points, enabling product managers to make informed decisions for developing the recommendation service, which is central to the Schedule Optimizer.Wolters Kluwer has a need for a Product Software Engineer for our Pune Global In-house center (GIC). 1. C#/.NET, ASP.NET, .net core 6+, MVC, REST Services, WebAPI
2. Experience in designing APIs and understanding how API shape impacts usability and user experience.3. SQL 2017 + , Visual Studio 2019-2022, Azure DevOps in an Agile environment
Experience:1. 3-5 years of development experience.2. Understanding of and experience with an agile SDLC.3. C#/.NET, ASP.NET, .net core 8, MVC, REST Services, WebAPI.4. Experience in designing APIs and understanding how API shape impacts usability and user experience.5. SQL 2017+, Visual Studio 2019-2022, Azure DevOps in an Agile environment.6. Strong understanding and experience HTML5, CSS ,JSON and JS libraries.7. Experience in Agile Methodologies/Scrum, Test Driven Development (TDD) & Unit Testing.8. Good database concepts and hands on in design and development.9. Ensure best design practices and processes are followed for continuous improvement of product.
