You will be part of our Foundation Unit that consists of multiple teams in the Network and Authentication area. It is a hybrid setup with teams in Prague and The Hague. Together with the authentication teams we are responsible for the Foundation Domain as a whole. It is key that you have experience of working in a highly technical environment and that you are able to connect and collaborate with engineers and speak their language. Besides the technical responsibilities, you will also focus on organization, collaboration and team culture.
What are you going to work on?

You will develop a vision on the impact of the product, taking into account the strategic goals of all (or part of) NN, the professional goals of the scrum teams and external developments, and convey that vision to the stakeholders inside and outside NN.

It is expected from you to be in close contact with the customer/business and manage the stakeholders, connecting them with the scrum team where appropriate and ensuring their involvement in the development of the product.

You are responsible for developing, maintaining, and ensuring the transparency of a product backlog, including designing a collaboration process to ensure the content of the product backlog is continually clarified and improved.

It is also necessary to expand and connect stakeholders, users and developers and improve collaboration between these groups by monitoring everyone's focus on the vision of the product. You need to ensure that teams know what they need to deliver and when it will be accepted.

You will be responsible for prioritizing and guiding the execution of network changes, including routing, switching, firewall configurations and load balancer updates.
What do we expect from you?

You should have proven experience as a Product Owner, or as a (Lead) Engineer with a coordination function with a focus on network infrastructure and security.

You have in-depth knowledge of the usage of the product and its users, and you connect users and developers with regard to new developments concerning the product.

Clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in international environment is not a problem for you.

It would be an advantage for you to have a previous experience working in an agile way.
