What You’ll Own & Disrupt:

 Architect the Future – Execute a Salesforce Customer 360 strategy that transforms fragmented customer interactions into a single, intelligent, omnichannel experience.
⚡ Lead the Charge – Own the roadmap, backlog, and sprint cycles, pushing beyond conventional CRM to create AI-driven, next-gen engagement models.
 Innovate Relentlessly – Stay ahead of Salesforce’s evolving ecosystem, automation, and real-time integrations to power the next wave of customer intelligence.
 Deliver Big Wins – Partner with business leaders, tech teams, and Salesforce experts to deploy high-impact solutions that drive revenue, retention, and CX excellence.
 Kill Complexity – Simplify processes, cut inefficiencies, and implement automated, scalable workflows that free teams to focus on high-value, customer-first interactions.

Who You Are:

✅ A digital-native disruptor who sees Salesforce not just as a tool but as a revolution waiting to happen.
✅ 3+ years of experience leading high-impact, tech-driven CRM transformations—preferably in Salesforce Customer 360, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
✅ Master of Agile—backlog, sprints, roadmaps? That’s just the basics. You drive real, high-velocity execution that delivers tangible outcomes.
✅ A storyteller—able to sell a vision, drive alignment, and rally teams around big, bold transformation goals.
✅ Bonus points for Salesforce certifications and experience in AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
