DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Monitor, create, and maintain prioritized backlog of Epics and user stories that support the defined product vision, strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and leaders to gather problems to solve and capitalize. Document functional, non-functional, user experience and control requirements, user journeys, wireframes, and use-cases. Partner with individual and cross-organizational team members, which include global product team, development team, control team, and operations team to discuss business and product goals to define the necessary strategies, roadmaps and solutions to be implemented. Define product launch, marketing, support and training strategies, and assist with pre and postproduction implementation activities. Perform internal and external market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify new technologies to market, and remain fluent on applicable industry best practices to influence product decision making. Establish business, customer, and product success metrics, OKRs, KPIs and KRIs, and produce the necessary data-driven reporting, analytics and visualizations that provide insights into metric health. Ensure product, marketing, and support artifacts with product enhancements. Assist end-users with the triaging, identification of suitable workarounds, mitigation of risks and resolution of reported issues and incidents. Serve as a subject matter expert on control objectives, procedures, and requirements in order to effectively engage with internal and external control partners and auditors, timely mitigate any identified control related issues, and ensure an overall reduced risk environment for respective products. Guide architectural, infrastructure, technical designs, costs, and feasibility to ensure satisfactory solutions for problems and opportunities. Facilitate Scrum and agility related ceremonies and activities for the entire team. Mentor and coach employees and junior colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field of study plus Seven [7] years of experience in the job offered or as Product Owner, Business Analyst or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Identity and Access Management (IAM); Role Based Access Control (RBAC); Policy Based Access Control (PBAC); Control and Risk Management; Data analytics; AI/ML technologies; success metric management; agile and scrum software Development principles; Product Management; Atlassian products including Jira, confluence, and Jira align; ServiceNow; SailPoint IQ; Figma; Oracle SQL; and flow charts and functional diagrams.
