We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic product team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and requirements for our products, ensuring the development team delivers solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives. This role is a key stakeholder in development of automation systems that orchestrate the operations of fleets of robots on a site including providing operational dashboards in the cloud. 

This is a hybrid role based out of our Wilmington, MA headquarters and are only considering local candidates. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Write clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery and quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions during the development process.
  • Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and improve the product.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
  • Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving any roadblocks.
  • Partner with product management to interact with customers, understand and distill their requirements, and prepare product development roadmap for review by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with team scrum master to ensure high level adherence to the agile process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment.
  • Proven track record of delivery of agile commitments on a peer sprint and peer product basis.
  • Proven track ability to write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands.
  • Familiarity with product owner tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Experience in interfacing with customers, market analysis, and customer feedback gathering to shape product direction is a plus.
  • Experience in SAFe or Scaled Agile frameworks is desirable.
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
  • Background in software development or technical products.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communications skills and be able to communicate across all levels of the organization.
