About the role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our growing team!
At Intact Lab, we are committed to transforming the customer experience by offering a wide range of self-service transactions, thereby fostering a crucial shift towards online services. As part of this ambition, we are seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team.
With a customer-focused and business-oriented approach, you will lead multidisciplinary experts in the development of digital solutions to enhance their performance and meet business objectives. As an expert in our products, you will ensure the frequent launch of new improvements, track their performance, and communicate results/recommendations.
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development of our products, particularly in the area of home insurance policy changes. You will be responsible for defining plans, conducting thorough research, and building products from the ground up. This opportunity is ideal for someone curious, capable of navigating uncertainty, and eager to build robust products from the foundation. A high level of autonomy is essential, as you will need to make important decisions and lead the project with a clear and independent vision.
Reporting to the Product Director, your main responsibilities will include:
What you'll do here:

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary agile team from idea generation to execution.

Partner with teams and managers to facilitate initiatives.

Work with designers, developers, copywriters, and developers to create the best solutions for our customers.

Prepare user stories and manage the product backlog, creating value for both the company and our customers.

Ensure planning, animate reviews, demonstrations, and participate in committees and retrospectives.

Ensure products create a high level of engagement and exceed customer expectations.

Ensure product delivery according to roadmaps.

Integrate customer feedback and insights from performance measurement into the roadmaps.
What you bring to the table:
-
At least 5 years of experience in creating and delivering digital products.

Expertise in agile methodologies.

Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics.

Proven experience in product design.

Expertise in presentations and workshop facilitation.

Good understanding of technical aspects related to design and development.

Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
