POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner reporting to the Marketing Crew lead, to lead an agile squad focused on driving growth in the residential market across the Breezeline brand footprint in the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and conversion strategies, with a keen ability to leverage multiple channels to achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Agile Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Agile team, facilitating collaboration to ensure the team delivers high-impact features.

  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most critical features and improvements are delivered first based on customer feedback and business impact.

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and experimentation to enhance product offerings.

  • Market Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive residential growth through mass marketing and targeted efforts, capturing customers during key moments.

  • Customer Conversion: Design and execute an effective conversion strategy for both known and unknown prospects, ensuring their needs are met through tailored journeys and experience.

  • Governance of Conversion Assets: Establish and manage key conversion assets to boost customer engagement and improve conversion rates.

  • Pricing Management: Strategically utilize promotional rate cards to maintain competitiveness and stimulate demand during critical moments.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to inform prioritization, track performance, and adjust strategies as necessary.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional squad, driving collaboration and high performance to achieve growth targets.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Telco Industry Experience: Proven experience in the US Telco industry, with a focus on acquisition and customer growth.

  • Strategic & Operational Agility: Ability to navigate between long-term strategy and immediate operational needs.

  • Prioritization & Storytelling: Expertise in prioritizing backlog items and creating compelling user stories.

  • Data-Driven: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Leadership: Experience leading teams in an Agile environment, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

ACADEMIC TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the telecom industry or a related field is an assets

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.

  • Experience with customer research, market analysis, and product lifecycle management.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in product ownership or management within telecommunications, particularly in the US market.

  • Demonstrated success in acquisition strategies and

  • residential growth.
