Your role:

Responsible for product backlog maintenance

Responsible to work with Product Manager (Marketing) on product backlog prioritization.

Responsible to obtain effort estimates and use them as input for backlog prioritization.

Responsible for creating, documenting and managing software requirements in the requirements management tool.
-
ensuring the quality and the delivery of the business critical and priority features to meet customer expectations across program increments.

Is responsible for defining, prioritizing, documenting and accepting stories, non-functional and functional requirements, and managing the teams’ backlog.

Works with business owners, architects, product management, Q&R and software leaders contributing to vision and program backlog, preparing for program increment planning and streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the respective team(s) throughout the product life cycle.
You're the right fit if:
- 8-10yrs of experience in Project Management, preferably from Healthcare domain with academic background of Bachelors/Masters.
- The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience working on software and related applications
- The candidate should have extensive experience of eliciting requirements from customer interactions and translating them to engineering/software requirements.
- The candidate should have excellent communication -both written and oral skills.
- 2+ years of experience of having played role of Product Owner is preferred.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
