Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Ops Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Product Ops Specialist will play an integral role in ensuring that our product operations are running efficiently and delivering the biggest impact. This role will be crucial in bridging the gap between product management, development, and other cross-functional teams such as Operations, Sales or Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Operations Management:
    • Collaborate with Product Managers and development teams to streamline product development processes: from ideation to adoption.
    • Manage and maintain product documentation, roadmaps and data integrity, ensuring accuracy and accessibility by all members as well as our business stakeholders.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Oversee product quality metrics and KPIs, ensuring high standards are met consistently.
    • Coordinate with QA teams to address and resolve product issues collected from users in a timely manner.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze product performance data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations.
    • Utilize data-driven decision-making to influence product strategy and enhancements.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance product delivery efficiency.
    • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures for product-related activities.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among teams to ensure alignment and successful product releases.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
