Job Summary

As the Project Specialist- Product Operations, you will provide support for systems and applications created for all Operations departments. You will collaborate closely with process owners, business analysts, and developers to guarantee that applications are functioning optimally in the production environment, as well as troubleshoot issues.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Facilities Department to ensure that projects with a tangible effect on the end user are completed to the company's best standards. Coordinate a seamless transition from implementation to maintenance.

• Identifies operational issues by monitoring system performance, investigating customer complaints and suggestions, and performing troubleshooting steps.

• Assist in the validation, development, and implementation of technical solutions and associated end user products.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business operations and support business objectives.

• Assist the product operations team to achieve their strategic targets and offer superior end user assistance.

• Provide third-tier technical support for the help desk/NSC to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.

• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to optimize operational quality; implement changes; and contribute insights to product development teams.

• Collaborate with vendors to solve escalated or complex problems.

• Work closely with project managers from the facilities team to facilitate smooth transition of products from implementation to longer to success and support.

Job Specifications

• Possess the requisite expertise to drive technical discussions with developers and business stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills are essential.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of end user experience and products.

• Additional experience that is beneficial includes working with Atlassian, MS SQL Server, Confluence, and Salesforce.

Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of the two.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

Performs administrative duties in a predominantly sedentary office environment with occasional light lifting of up to 10 pounds required. Requires close visual acuity for use of computer monitor. No

hazardous or adverse environmental conditions encountered. Duties include regular typing, talking, listening, grasping, and feeling motions. Occasional travel may be required.
