The types of things you’ll do
Product Operations is a broad area with an extensive opportunity space. Each intern will have their unique mission refined before the start date, after an offer is extended and accepted. Here are some of the value adds you’ll be working on:

Objective: Enable Product, Engineering, and Design teams to be more effective through processes, standards, tooling, data availability, and data analysis.

Product Analytics: Gather, transform, analyze, and present data to inform decisions; collect product metrics to support analysis of user adoption through reports in data adoption platforms to inform roadmaps.

Process enablement: Create processes for key checkpoints in product development lifecycle and document.

Planning: Drive product delivery through supporting teams’ in their delivery processes utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Jira Plans.

Customer Research: Gather requirements by leading discovery sessions to gain customer insights and a better understanding of the product and team needs.
Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.

Majoring in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.

Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2025 and ending in August/September 2025.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
