Location: Remote in the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii
Hours: Full-time
Compensation: $105,000 to $125,000 Base Salary + Equity + 401K Match

About this role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our products to life, with a key focus on execution. You’ll create compelling content, support our presence at industry events, and collaborate with various teams to ensure our message resonates with our audience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is eager to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.

 

What you’ll do

  • Craft and manage high-quality marketing materials, including product collateral, case studies, presentations, website updates, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Support planning and executing ReflexAI’s participation in industry conferences and events, including logistics, booth setup, and onsite representation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with product launches and strategic goals.
  • Maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with our brand standards.
  • This role requires up to 30% travel to represent ReflexAI at key industry events across the United States.

Requirements for a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience (typically 5+ years) in product marketing, content creation, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Experience in SaaS, contact centers, or AI-driven products is a plus, but not required.
  • A passion for supporting mission-driven organizations and contributing to meaningful change.
