Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of product development, marketing, and sales, focusing on developing and implementing a marketing strategy roadmap for specific products. The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role throughout the product life cycle, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful product launches, messaging, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Launch Responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret market research to guide product development.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to influence product features, user experience, naming, and packaging.
Launch Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure accurate, compelling messaging aligned with customer needs.
- Oversee the creation of product-focused content, including videos, blog posts, and presentations.
Post-Launch Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Drive growth campaigns and experiments to optimize product adoption and engagement.
- Provide actionable insights for future product iterations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
- Deep understanding of marketing, product management, and sales processes.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
- Familiarity with market research methods and tools.

Compensation
The average salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000, depending on experience and location.
