Your impact

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Spekit, you’ll join a small and mighty product marketing team, driving the successful launch and positioning of Spekit products and services to market. You’ll define and execute product positioning and messaging, work cross-functionally within the organization to bring new products to market, conduct research that informs business decisions, and create marketing materials that educate our potential and current customers.

We are seeking an experienced B2B product marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. The right candidate is driven by seeing the impact of their work, deepening their breadth of knowledge, gaining leadership skills, and building meaningful and lasting relationships with leaders across the company.

This role reports to our President & COO Seth McGuire.

What you’ll do

  • Establish a deep understanding of our customers and represent their voice within Spekit
  • Create compelling and differentiated positioning for each of our buyer personas
  • Work across marketing channels to ensure that the product narrative is consistent and compelling
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and design to harness customer insights and communicate our product vision and roadmap.
  • You’ll execute on product launches, tying compelling stories together across all product assets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and educational content such as presentations, webinars, blog posts, data sheets, videos, eBooks, and webpages
  • Enable our go-to-market teams (sales and customer success) to communicate our value proposition and develop sales tools that support their success
  • Drive the strategy of product launches, project manage launches, and measure and report on outcomes
  • Become a thought leader in our space, speaking and writing on relevant topics

Skills & experience you’ll need to be successful

  • Master Storyteller. You’re a natural when it comes to crafting narratives that stick, breaking down complex ideas and turning them into clear, compelling content that drives action.
  • Launch Day Expert. There’s nothing like the energy leading up to a product launch, and you’re the one who knows how to rally the team, build excitement, and make it unforgettable. Pressure fuels you, and launch day is where you shine.
  • Confident Communicator. You’re not only a skilled writer and storyteller who can create messaging that resonates (be ready to show off some samples!), but you’re equally at ease in high-stakes conversations, especially with executives. You know how to command the room to influence product strategy and vision. Whether it’s customer advisory boards, pricing strategies, or go-to-market plans, you can bring together big initiatives and drive real results.
  • You Thrive in the Fast Lane. You have over 5+ Years of Product Marketing experience at early-stage B2B startups, which means you've navigated the unique challenges of a growing company and know how to position products to scale.
  • Revenue. Enough said. For you, product marketing isn’t just about launches; it’s about driving revenue. Your strategies have a direct impact on bigger pipelines, higher win rates, and deals that close with confidence.
  • Competition Motivates You. You know the high-stakes world of B2B software and thrive on differentiating in crowded markets. You’re quick to spot opportunities, craft strategies, and you’re tuned into what competitors are doing and identify ways to stay a step ahead and keep them on their toes.
  • Presentation Pro. You’re a natural with presentations, putting together visuals and narratives that inform, persuade, and inspire. No design degree necessary—you’ve got a talent for creating decks that get the job done.
  • Get. Stuff. Done. You’re all about GSD. “Good enough” doesn’t cut it—you’re driven, action-oriented, and relentless about results.
  • High Standards, High Performance. You thrive in a high-performance culture where everyone’s pushing to be their best. Feedback doesn’t phase you—it motivates you. You’re comfortable challenging the status quo when you know it’ll make things better
  • Enablement Enthusiast. Already have experience in enablement? Great. If not, your interest and passion for the future of AI-driven enablement is what we’re looking for. You see the potential to revolutionize just-in-time learning, and you’re ready to make it happen with a group of uniquely skilled and passionate teammates.
