The Role
You have a passion for translating complex product features into compelling customer-facing content and enjoy enabling Sales and Marketing with targeted product messaging? Then join our Product Marketing Management Team as a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) and support the success of our mid-market software solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive all product-related marketing initiatives for our mid-market portfolio.
- Develop compelling go-to-market concepts in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Conduct competitive analyses and shape product positioning strategies.
- Partner closely with Technical Product Management to translate product features into sales and customer value.
- Prepare product presentations and create clear release communication materials.
- Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns (e.g., mailings, webinars).
Key Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Engineering, or a similar qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management, ideally in a B2B software environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Outstanding presentation skills in German and English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
