Position Summary

Essential Job Functions:

Translate and Communicate: Act as a translator between Global Product and our B2B and B2C teams, ensuring clear and effective communication of design strategies and marketing messages.

Product Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of our products and simplify technical product ideas into consumable marketing communications for customers, enhancing their engagement and understanding.

Design Excellence: Develop compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and coherence in visual and messaging strategies.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product marketing and other stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Lead and Inspire: Provide creative direction and mentorship to other designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality and consistency of design outputs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.

Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to incorporate cutting-edge design practices into our communication strategies.

  • Work closely with game development studios, content design teams and commercial teams to ensure marketing assets and launch campaigns for all proprietary games are planned and executed to meet game launch and customer marketing deadlines

  • Own the marketing input into the overall game launch process.

  • Support Growth Marketing team in the creation, design and execution of content-driven digital marketing campaigns and provision of assets and collateral for the biggest operators in US and Canada.

  • Manage the marketing asset creatives from the marketing creative studio for game launches & customer promotions, and any game related content, working with the Creative Services Manager

  • Assist in developing and executing B2B pre-sales collateral and communication strategies to support all new proprietary game launches.

  • Manage game launch pre- and post-sales activity such as internal and external game demos, game guides, and pre/post launch performance reporting, etc. for all proprietary game launches.

  • Be the growth marketing point of contact for game design and development teams.

Required Experience:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in communications design, with a strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel campaigns. iGaming industry experience is highly preferred.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.

Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite and other peripheral software related to file optimization and distribution), with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other standard software.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively. Ability to translate technical product ideas into consumable marketing communications for customers.

Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into effective design solutions.

Product Knowledge: Proven ability to deeply understand products and simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging marketing messages.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results.

  • A successful track record in developing effective, digital B2B or B2B2C marketing plans, from idea creation, through to development and campaign execution

  • Proven experience of art directing/crafting compelling content across a variety of platforms, including social media

  • Track record of measuring and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities

  • Marketing experience in iGaming/gaming desirable, or otherwise in the field of entertainment.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent project management skills in relation to marketing campaigns and marketing asset delivery

  • Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills

  • Strong mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and ancillary graphic design tools

  • A strong command of written English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to write crisp, engaging copy, which is aligned to audience expectations

  • A proactive and creative approach to campaign generation with a content-focused perspective and outlook

  • Team player, a natural connector, enjoys building and cultivating successful working relationships

  • The ability to pivot quickly and apply an out-of-the-box mindset to bring creative solutions to problems

  • The ability to be organized in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders

  • The aptitude to take ownership of a project or process and drive other contributors to a successful and timely outcome
