It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). AlGooru provides tailored educational support to students, and it's backed by several renowned investors including Constructor Capital, Techstars, Plug & Play, Raz Group, RZM Investment, and prestigious institutions like KAUST, Hub71, and MiSK.
A Fun Fact about AlGooru is that its name derives from “Guru,” a Sanskrit word meaning a mentor, guide, expert, or master.
The Role Highlights 💡
Main Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive conversion and customer engagement.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of product marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Measure and optimize key metrics such as CVR, CTR, CAC, CPL, and ROAS to enhance product performance and ROI.
A Day In Your Life:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, updates, and new features.
- Craft compelling messaging and product positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates products in the market.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify buyer personas, and analyze competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Sales, BizDev, and Marketing) to align on product objectives and initiatives.
- Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product one-pagers to support internal teams.
- Track and analyze product marketing performance using KPIs such as CVR, CTR, CAC, CPL, and ROAS to assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Lead customer insights initiatives to gather feedback and inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Refine messaging and positioning based on performance data and market shifts.
- Manage product marketing projects and deadlines to ensure timely execution and alignment with broader business goals.
You’re the Product Marketing Lead we’re looking for if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on the Saudi market
- Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Proficient in using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp)
- Advanced skills in presentation software (e.g., Google Slides)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and driving results
