About the Role

Arch Systems is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketer to join our dynamic Marketing team.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and savvy Product Marketing professional who excels at bridging sophisticated technology with compelling storytelling. With a passion for AI-driven innovation and manufacturing excellence, they can skillfully translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences.

This person will be driven to increase adoption, support sales success, and position our sophisticated SaaS solutions as market leaders. Reporting directly to the VP of Communications & Marketing, the Product Marketer will own key product marketing initiatives and work closely with our Directors of Marketing Initiatives and Demand Generation to define strategy and execute multiple projects across various product areas.

What You Will Own & Drive:

• Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that resonates with manufacturing stakeholders, including engineers, IT leaders, and executives.
  
• Sales Enablement: Create robust sales enablement materials such as product documentation, engaging presentations, battle cards, and competitive analyses for knowledgeable buyers.
  
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches from ideation through post-launch analysis, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure impactful and accurate launch strategies.
  
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis, providing actionable insights around product capabilities, market trends, and industry dynamics.
  
• Customer Advocacy & Insights: Engage actively with customers to document use cases, workflows, and success stories, building a strong customer advocacy program.
  
• Content Development: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and the marketing team to produce insightful technical content such as white papers, technical briefs, case studies, webinars, and knowledgebase articles.
• Sales Training: Develop and deliver training to equip sales and customer success teams with a deep understanding of product value, capabilities, and industry-specific use cases.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 4+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products involving AI/ML, analytics, or manufacturing technology.
  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.
  
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Familiarity with marketing tools (Hubspot CRM, project management tools such as Asana or Trello, analytics software, and content management systems).
  
• Strong project management skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

We benchmark our compensation structure against competitive market rates, specifically using data from the San Francisco Bay Area, to ensure fair and transparent pay practices. Our structure comprises a base salary, performance-based incentives, and, where applicable, equity ownership to align with our long-term vision.
