What You'll Do
We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team at Flatiron Health. In this role, you will help transform our products from information systems into intelligent tools that support oncology care and research. You will work within our matrix model to build reliable, simple, safe, and smart solutions for our customers.
This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven company and make a meaningful impact on cancer care and research. The specific product area you will support will be determined based on business needs and your experience, and may include products focused on academic research partnerships or our OncoEMR platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define and execute on product strategy
- Manage the product lifecycle for applications supporting either academic research partnerships or clinical oncology workflows
- Lead the design, development, and rollout of data-driven products for cancer researchers or oncologists.
- Gather requirements through partnership with stakeholders and user research to inform product roadmaps and priorities
- Balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs when making product decisions
- Drive improvements in workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and user experience
- Translate complex user needs into clear product requirements and specifications
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to diverse stakeholders
Who You Are
You're a Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a software, SaaS, or healthcare technology environment. You have been leading complex projects end-to-end in a product, research, or data-oriented discipline. You're a kind, passionate, and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
- You have BA/BS degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- You're comfortable in ambiguity, with an ability to tackle vague technical challenges first and bring clarity back to your team and stakeholders
- Proven ability to engage with enterprise/B2B customers and understand their needs
- You have excellent client facing and internal communication skills, detail orientation, and ability to execute
- You have strong project management skills and excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
- You have a strong understanding of software projects' development, roll-out, and support risks
Extra credit
- You have prior experience in managing vendor-based integrations and relationships
- You have experience with biopharma, patient-level data or oncology

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $136,000.00 - $204,000.00
Preferred Primary Location: NY hub
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
