Job Overview: As a Product Manager for Claims Management at Snapsheet, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our end-to-end SaaS Claims System, helping transform complex claims processes into intuitive, efficient solutions. In our fast-paced environment, you'll drive innovation, navigate change, and collaborate across teams to deliver valuable, user-friendly features. A passion for learning and applying insights is essential as you balance rapid product discovery with reliable execution.
Responsibilities:
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Translate customer needs into impactful product strategies.
- Roadmap Development: Prioritize and craft roadmaps that balance customer demand, market trends, and business goals.
- Feature Management: Lead product development, ensuring features meet user needs and business objectives.

Qualifications:
- 3+ of product management in SaaS or tech; experience in InsurTech is a plus
- Proven adaptability to changing conditions.
- Strong technical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-informed decision-maker with a focus on customer needs.
- Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
