Position: Product Manager
The Group: Morningstar's Quantitative Research, Manager Research, and Equity Research groups create independent investment research and data-driven analytics designed to help investors and Morningstar achieve better outcomes by making better decisions. Our research encompasses hundreds of thousands of securities within a large breadth of asset classes including equities, fixed income, structured credit, and funds. Morningstar is one of the largest independent sources of fund, equity, and credit data and research in the world, and our advocacy for investors' interests is the foundation of our company.

The Product Manager will coordinate the product roadmap, technical requirements, day-to-day scrum ceremonies, and stakeholder communications.
The Product Manager will be responsible for the full vertical implementation of Manager Research-specific data and analytics surfacing in Hubble and an integrated workflow design for Manager Research analysts. The Product Manager will write user stories and provide detailed acceptance criteria, lead backlog grooming, estimations, retrospectives, and sprint plannings. Through collaboration with our central technology teams, our content management system, and our analysts, Hubble will improve analyst efficiency; provide scale, consistency, and quality to the ratings process; enable a more dynamic coverage model based on data; and allow the Manager Research team to deploy human capital on the most marginally valuable research tasks.
