A day in the life:

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both upstream and downstream marketing initiatives to drive product strategy and commercial success. You will work daily with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing communications, clinical, and regulatory—to develop sales tools, messaging, and materials that effectively communicate the value of Barostim therapy.

This dynamic role is responsible for developing compelling marketing content, creating sales training/collateral, and refining commercial execution tools to enhance sales effectiveness. You will also support global launch planning, conduct competitive research, and help ensure the sales team is equipped with the insights and resources needed to drive adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys broad responsibilities to meet the changing demands of the business and blending strategy with execution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Upstream Functions:

  • Maintain product expertise including market sizes, customer needs and targeting, product performance, benefits/weaknesses, and positioning.
  • Acquire and analyze voice of customer (VOC) feedback from key opinion leaders, current and potential customers to inform a deep understanding of unmet needs in the cardiovascular space and product development priorities and activities.
  • Support advisory board planning & execution to facilitate customer focus groups and gather physician feedback.
  • Work closely with technical, clinical and regulatory teams to structure and synthesize user input to inform recommendations and product strategy.
  • Assess competitive activities, clinical trends and third-party market research to inform and evaluate market opportunities and provide sales force with appropriate positioning and tools.
  • Support corporate strategic planning initiatives and ad-hoc strategic projects.

Downstream Functions:

  • Have primary responsibility for flawless global launch planning & execution in close collaboration with internal cross functional CVRx team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing communications to create launch materials, product literature, and sales training & support collateral.
  • Support the development & refinement commercial execution/management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, etc.).
Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline - engineering, science, nursing, business
  • 4+ years of product management/marketing experience required OR master’s degree/MBA with 2+ years' experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, analytics, and oral/written communication skills (particularly PowerPoint)
  • Excellent collaborative skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Able to understand technical and scientific information
  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

What we would like to see:

  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment is highly desirable
  • Experience in heart failure, cardiac rhythm management or electrophysiology is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Normal Remote working conditions
  • Must be able to sit/stand/walk 8 hours per day
  • Position may require up to 30% travel
  • May be required to be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and other diseases

Salary (or Hourly) range for U.S locations (USD): 115,000 TO 160,000 PER YEAR

The base salary range is applicable across the U.S., complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and specific location.

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Target Annual Bonus (TAB) which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation for meeting established bonus objectives as outlined during first 30 days of employment and prorated based on earned annual base salary.
