Role overview

As a Product Manager (PM), you will help strategize and design our products, manage the end-to-end execution of product features, and contribute to product vision and strategy.

What is the job like ?

Strategy

• Conduct market or competitor research, maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and trends
• Understand and analyze user needs.
• Discover problems/opportunities in product operations and brings up to the notice of leads and assist in prioritising.




Design and Execution

• Collaborates with designers, engineers, QA, support and other stakeholders giving a clear understanding of what we are doing and why.
• Write clear and detailed product specifications and job stories.
• Work with design and engineering teams through feature implementations, tracking timelines and keeping all stakeholders updated on progress.
• Define success metrics, and instrument what needs to be tracked. Then measure and analyse product use and adoption, helping identify issues or growth opportunities and iterate.

Who should apply for this role

• Graduate/Post Graduate between 3+ Years of experience into the Product Management space.
• Strives towards understanding the market and the customers. 
• Passionate about problem-solving.
• Delivery oriented. Delivers on time and doesn’t let anything fall through the cracks.
• Data-driven. Keen to measure and use data to aid decision-making.
• Good fellow worker. Can forge excellent working relationships with design, engineering, and other teams.
• Good communicator. Shall be the voice of the customer/product to engineering/design teams (can effectively explain the benefits of a feature - for a customer, for business, etc.)
