Your Key Responsibilities
Responsible product: Cardiac & Critical care
1. Market strategy
-
Establish marketing business plan to maintain current business, to increase market share, to develop new opportunity

Setup and execute launch plan for new product including registration
-
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends & competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product.
2. Product/Customer Management & Promotion
-
Product lifecycle management
-
Order forecast and safety stock level monitoring
-
Collection of the competitor’s sales strategy
-
Brochure and Advertisement production
-
Promotion activities such as congress/seminar
-
Regular key customers visit to understand their requirements
-
Customer management (KOL visiting, product introduction, etc.)
3. Market development
-
Define product positioning and Develop key message
-
Timely launch of new product portfolio through global communication

Expansion to the new business segment

Develop and define product positioning and key products message
4. Collaborations & Compliance
-
Drive alignment and collaboration between Core Lab & POC and other stakeholders within/outside Roche Diagnostics Korea.

Conduct business in full compliance to behavior in business and behavior in competition.
Who you are
-
Bachelor's Degree in Health/Science disciplines
-
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
-
Good command of MS office software application
-
At least 4 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry (Relevant experience in cardiac and critical care is preferred.)
