What You'll Do:
- Be fully responsible for the advancement of a select group of products and features
- Work closely with our customers, as well as Customer Success, Sales, and the rest of the Product team to understand requirements and devise an appropriate product strategy
- Write concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to refine these to ensure fast and efficient development
- Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering
- Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle
- Collect and use data to make decisions, which may include complex analyses and A/B testing
We’re looking for someone with:
- Distinctive work experience in building software products
- Design mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality
- Comfortable operating in a customer-facing role and engaging C-suite executives
- Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or alternatively through relevant work experience
