Summary:
The main function of a product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
� Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
� Ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
� Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
� Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
� Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
� Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.
Skills:
� Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
� Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
� Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Education/Experience:
� Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
� 2-4 years experience required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Duties and Responsibilities
•Capture and analyze all technical, form factor, and OS specifications of both existing portfolio and upcoming products. Develop business cases and business justifications as product requirements.
•Partner with category leaders, codify roadmap updates, pricing changes, SKU readiness.
•Manage communications on security patches, bug fixes, and OS updates to stakeholders.
•Perform product competitive analyses, including gaps, market share, and GTM strategies.
•Support the VOC/VOP data collection & analysis process. In partnership with the category managers, determine the questions and information to be collected and the method of collection (survey, etc.); mobilize data collection efforts and ensure all stakeholders receive communication; collate the data; analyze trends; identify key themes; formulate conclusions; communicate findings/results to stakeholders.
•Drive the product strategy.
•Accountable for driving KPIs (revenue, market share, profitability, WOS, etc.).
•Manage life-cycle of product.
Minimum Qualifications
• 2 - 4 years in Product Management or Product Planning with a Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• A passion for products and how they impact the lives of their users.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills with proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations.
• Experience producing highly effective presentations to communicate with internal and external customers, and executives
• Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail.
