In this role, you will join a team of product managers, designers and engineers to develop solutions to support the fast-paced growth of our protocol. This will mean close work with our users, your team alongside other teams to build successful MVPs into reliable and scalable products of blockchain infrastructure that will power the future of decentralized staking. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the future of the Ethereum by building successful MVPs into reliable and scalable products of blockchain infrastructure that will power the future of Ethereum Staking landscape
- Drive features through their lifecycle, from ideation to launch with end-to-end ownership
- Collaborate with engineers, design, cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to to develop and steer product roadmap
- Define product feature requirements, propose implementation plans, iterate on feedback and ship successful products
- Prioritize product needs and requirements of multiple stakeholders.
- Know your users! Conduct research, collect feedback, and turn insights into work plans.
- Track and analyze the key product KPIs and take actions to drive improved performance.
- Get Things done! Ship Amazing Products. Do whatever-it-takes to make the product super-successful
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working as a product manager, preferably in a blockchain startup
- Interest in Ethereum Staking and Web3 alongside a passion for building and creating at the forefront of the exciting technology that comes with it
- Ability to understand technical information of a complex nature.
- Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter with first-principles thinking
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Experience in writing detailed product requirements to R&D and design teams
- Ability to manage a complete product life-cycle, from conception to release
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in blockchain especially within the Ethereum ecosystem and Proof-of-Stake - Advantage
- Intimate knowledge of the Ethereum Staking ecosystem, its players and their different incentives and constraints - Advantage
- Technical background is a strong plus - Advantage
